As we approach the last few days before Christmas, I am making my final preparations for a long-awaited flight home from bustling Vancouver airport in beautiful BC to my family back home in Alvinston, Ontario. I’m wrapping tiny gifts to place under my sister Jen’s gorgeously decorated tree. I’m checking the weather forecast to plan my packing accordingly. I’m warming my hands around a hot cup of tea and listening to quiet, gentle Christmas music. And I’m editing a few photos from recent adventures to share, including the festive one above, taken last weekend at the snowy, magical top of the Sea to Sky Gondola.
In these harried, busy, bustling few days when we gather with friends and loved-ones, I wish for your heart peace, the warmth of a friendly smile, hugs that remind you that you’re loved, and tender memories that bring more smiles than tears.
