I have had a busy globetrotting week and am happy to be at last back home in Toronto, luggage put away until the next adventure beckons. This past week I was in the City of Brotherly Love, Philadelphia. This is the Philadelphia of William Penn, Ben Franklinand Rocky Balboa. I am admitting here that I knew very little about this history-rich city before visiting and one hop-on-hop-off double-decker bus tour later I am left impressed by the deep sense of history and amazing architecture of one of America’s oldest cities. I was definitely left wishing I could spend a few more days uncovering every nook and cranny of this vibrant city, but am happy to report that I had some spare moments for a few snaps. If you haven’t seen the photos from my daily photo blog, please visit it here. Happy long weekend to us and our friends to the south!
