This snap of Long Beach at sunset last night was actually taken on Mother’s Day back home. Very early on Mother’s Day mind you! It was about 9 pm last night when I ventured out to take some snaps of a lovely sunset. A wedding party had just cleared the beach so I was free to roam. I fired off a bunch of shots and came back in to the lodge to get warm and call it a night. I did have a chance to upload a groovy silhouette shot of some late day surfers at my daily blog here, but this shot took me by surprise this morning. I actually captured the pin prick of light from Lennard Lighthouse off the shore here at Long Beach. The lighthouse is pretty far out and tough to see from shore, but it certainly was visible by it’s light last night.
Too all the Mums out there who are here to hug us, or like the lighthouse, still visible by your light in our lives, thanks for showing us the way. We love you!
Lovely-perfect ! Thanks for Sharing!!!!
Beverley, you’re welcome!
Now, this is nice. That orange hue in the water is just awesome.
Hey Franklin – thanks!
