As I sit in my cheery little flat here on the Toronto boardwalk, snow is gently falling. It is beginning to look a lot like Christmas, both without and within. I have just finished decorating and the photo above is a suggestion of my retro blue colour scheme for this year (notice the gratuitous photographer shot in the bottom left corner :)). To further add to the Christmas spirit, I have lovely holiday music playing. In fact, I am listening to the most peaceful piece of music I could imagine: Chris Botti on the trumpet doing a haunting rendition of Silent Night. Listen to it here if you want a touch of serenity on your Sunday afternoon.
I am looking forward to heading home in three days for a much-needed holiday. It has been a crazy-busy fall! I haven’t even had a chance to take many photos of late. I plan to soon and you will see more festive shots over the coming week, assuming I remember to take all the required tech home. Seeing how bedraggled I am right now, I’ll be lucky if I remember to take my cat!
Enjoy the rest of your Sunday. Cheers!
