OK, I broke down today and gave myself up to conspicuous consumption. I bought an iPad after months of developing long pros and cons lists. Is this a need? Not so much. But here it is, with its handy messenger bag. And I guess this may make me a geek, as an article in this morning’s Toronto Star suggests. Oh well. I’ve been called worse.
