the 2010 Christmas Card.  For those of you who have OD’d on Christmas, you are excused from reading further…for those who love the holiday season like me, read on my festive friends!

When tracking down THE picture for the yearly Christmas card, typically I will go on long back road drives in search of old barns with bright red paint, snow an added bonus.  This year the search for the 2010 Christmas card may extend to next weekend when I can drive north and find some snow.  Back home in Forest, we experienced a “brown Christmas” so I had to improvise and shoot some photos indoors.  Luckily, my sister Jen is the Martha Stewart of holiday decorating.  Her beautiful home is a veritable museum of festive tchotchkes; a new snap around each corner.  Here’s a few from the 2009 Henderson/Chalupka Christmas, and if you haven’t had enough, check out this gallery on my website:  http://pattihenderson.smugmug.com/Travel/December-09-Adventures/10707087_ekw5V#750897838_PCRf8
